The Ahotu Silverstone Run Fest has all you need: an inclusive Family Mile race, a kid-friendly Race Village, and discounted entry to the Silverstone Interactive Museum. Plus, there’s plenty to see and do in the local area.
Family Mile
The 1.6 km Family Mile is the perfect distance for little ones to take part in, and it means everyone can enjoy the thrill of racing on the iconic Formula 1 track!
The Family Mile is the only race that allows buggies, pushchairs, and strollers, so even the smallest of athletes have their chance to shine. Spectators are more than welcome, so feel free to invite all the family along–even the non-athletes.
Savvy Sweets
Everyone who finishes the Family Mile will receive a free packet of Savvy Sweets. Their low sugar, vegan sweets are both healthy and delicious, so there’s no need to worry about any surprise sugar highs after the race.
Local Attractions
Inside the race village, you’ll find live bands and kids activities like table tennis. Looking to make a weekend of the race? There’s plenty to see and do in the surrounding area!
The Silverstone Interactive Museum is located at Silverstone Circuit itself, providing an interactive journey through motorsport designed for all ages. All Run Fest participants receive 50% off entry to The Silverstone Museum upon proof of race entry (e.g. ticket, bib, or medal) from 24th November to 8th December.
20 minutes from Silverstone, the beautiful Salcey Forest has a treetop walk and plenty of walking trails. Its natural play areas and scenic landscapes are perfect for all ages to explore.
A little further out, Woburn Safari Park offers a drive-through animal safari. See lions, tigers, giraffes, and more from the comfort of the car, or enjoy the foot safari for up-close animal encounters.
